At Aristo Behavioral Health, our dedicated team is composed of experienced professionals who are committed to providing exceptional mental health care. Our staff includes Psychiatric Care Providers, Mental Health Professionals, Registered Nurses, and Mental Health Care Providers, all working together to create personalized treatment plans for each individual. We also have Certified Peer Counselors offering guidance through their own recovery experiences, alongside Substance Use Disorder Professionals who specialize in helping clients achieve and maintain sobriety.
Supporting our clinical staff, our Program Support team ensures smooth operations and seamless care delivery. At Aristo Behavioral Health, we are dedicated to fostering a compassionate and safe environment, empowering each client to thrive and succeed on their path to wellness.

Miles Hall is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Clinical Fellow, and Approved Clinical Supervisor, currently serving as the Clinical Director at Aristo Behavioral Healthcare. Distinguished for his collaborative and empathetic approach to clinical oversight and supervision, Miles excels in enhancing accountability and efficacy in both clinical operations and supervisory roles. His professional philosophy is founded on the belief that, despite life’s challenges, the human spirit can thrive "when provided" with skilled and compassionate support.
An award-winning student at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, Miles earned his Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Lutheran University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Washington State University, focusing on Psychology, Sociology, and Political Science. He is certified in Mediation and Conflict Resolution from the Center for Dialog and Resolution and has received the CSAT® Service Scholarship Award from the International Institute for Trauma & Addiction Professionals.
His areas of expertise include Systems Theory, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, and Clinical Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy. Miles is actively involved in professional organizations such as the American Counseling Association and the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy and is recognized for his impactful work with historically disenfranchised populations and diverse communities.

Michelle L. Gorey is a highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner currently serving at Aristo Behavioral Healthcare. With a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) specializing in psychiatric care from the University of Maryland, Michelle brings extensive clinical experience across a wide range of settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and forensic psychiatry.
At Aristo Behavioral Healthcare, Michelle manages patients with complex mental health conditions, focusing on community reintegration and stabilization. Her expertise includes comprehensive patient assessments, medication management, and psychotherapy, ensuring personalized and holistic treatment plans. She collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and provide a high standard of care.
Michelle has previously held positions at institutions such as Astria Toppenish Hospital, Oregon State Hospital, and Holy Family Memorial Hospital. She has worked with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly, providing services for psychiatric stabilization and mental health management. Her locum tenens work across various hospitals has allowed her to gain experience in both short-term and long-term mental health care needs, including medication management, therapy, and crisis intervention.
Her educational journey is complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Salisbury University, where she graduated Cum Laude and was inducted into multiple national honor societies for her academic excellence.
Michelle is licensed to practice in several states, including California, Maryland, Oregon, Washington, and Florida, and is certified by the DEA for prescription management. Her commitment to patient care, mental health advocacy, and interdisciplinary collaboration makes her a valuable asset in the psychiatric healthcare field.

Shawnté Hill is an experienced Human Resources professional with over six years of expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. Currently serving as the HR Generalist at Aristo Behavioral Healthcare, Shawnté is responsible for managing all aspects of the human resources function. She is adept at fostering a positive work culture, driving organizational growth, and implementing strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
Throughout her career, Shawnté has held various HR roles, including HR Manager at Northwest Integrated Health and HR Administrator at Comprehensive Life Resources. In these positions, she has demonstrated proficiency in overseeing recruitment processes, conducting performance reviews, facilitating training programs, and managing employee benefits. Her contributions also include leading diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and serving as a Safety Team Chair to promote a secure and inclusive work environment.
Shawnté’s educational background includes an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Victor Valley Community College. She is highly skilled in HRIS, employment and labor law, benefits administration, and conflict management. Her passion for human resources and commitment to excellence make her a valuable asset in any organizational setting.
